Suzy Toronto's Wonderful Wacky Woman
The Art, Wit and Wisdom of Suzy Toronto
"I truely believe that inside each woman lives a whimsical, enchanted creature. Completely surrendering to the mystical powers of womanhood, she raises her arms in joy... twirling, singing, shamelessly offering unrestrained love of life to those around her. Who is she? She is your mother, sister, daughter, aunt, secret pal, neighbor,--your friend."

She Who is My Daughter-in-Law
I always wondered what kind of woman
My son would choose to marry.
Although the law would relate us,
It would be love that binds us as a family.
I wonderedÉ
Would she be the kind of woman
That would be upbeat and cheerful?
Would she be smart and witty?
Would she be kind and tender?
Would she adore my son and be a loving companion to him?
AndÉ would she like me!!?
She is all of that and more.
She is fun and full of life with
enough youthful enthusiasm
To tackle the adventures of married life.
She is bright and clever in her approach to every task, big or smallÉ
Including raising a family and running a home.
But most of all,
she is gentle and compassionate,
And she loves my son.
For all of this and more,
I admire her, I respect her, and I adore her.
She is not just my daughter-in-law
She is my daughter-in-love too!
